Book'My Fade provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for salon and barbershop owners to manage appointments, staff, and services. We also provide a customer-facing booking interface.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Salon owners may subscribe to premium plans. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees for the selected billing cycle.
In no event shall Book'My Fade, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any appointments booked through the platform.
